I cannot understand why we should ever consider this proposal Mission Beach is know for its natural beauty I think Tully Airport is where this should be situated Is there not already business here that are capable of what these request is stating As for the value of the homes in the area while decline I also worry about fuel storage How is it store What safety All so its way to close residential area if a promblem happens We have seen to often on the media that accidents can and do happen So for me it is a different no no no

We agree Michelle. It is simply in the wrong place. There would be other much more appropriate places within the Cassowary Coast that would not impact on local residents or areas of high environmental significance we have excellent .

Kestral Aviation had an accident in January, 2019. As your comment points out there are so many issues to consider about this proposal but we don't have the information about the proposal. It must not be forgotten that Cassowaries are classed as an endangered species by Federal and State legislation. What tourist in their right mind would want to be woken up at 6.00 am. to the whirring of the blades of an industrial helicopter?

Unfortunately can't make the meeting but we're 100% behind opposing the facility in the location specified.
